PROJECT MANAGER

YOU HAVE:

YOU WILL:

  • Schedule projects to meet budget requirements and customer deadlines

  • All aspects of the assigned project(s) must be carried out as efficiently as possible with respect to staffing, materials management, financial management, customer care and customer delivery goals

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently

  • Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients.

  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.

  • Proactively address issues as they arise, adapting plans to minimize disruptions

  • Ensure that all low voltage installations meet industry standards and regulations

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on schedule

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and client approvals

  • Provide detailed documentation for as-built drawings and system configurations.

  • All other duties as assigned

  • 5+ years’ experience managing projects in the telecommunications cabling and/or access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems industry

  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills to allow successful and timely completion of projects

  • Technical proficiency in industry standard software

  • Experience in project management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid etc
