PROJECT MANAGER

Schedule projects to meet budget requirements and customer deadlines

All aspects of the assigned project(s) must be carried out as efficiently as possible with respect to staffing, materials management, financial management, customer care and customer delivery goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
-
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity
-
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently
-
Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
-
Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients.

Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.

Proactively address issues as they arise, adapting plans to minimize disruptions
-
Ensure that all low voltage installations meet industry standards and regulations
-
Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on schedule
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and client approvals
-
Provide detailed documentation for as-built drawings and system configurations.

All other duties as assigned

5+ years’ experience managing projects in the telecommunications cabling and/or access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems industry
-
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills to allow successful and timely completion of projects
-
Technical proficiency in industry standard software
-
Experience in project management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid etc
