  • Coordinate project and service calls; dispatch field staff to client locations. Organize and schedule day to day activities of assigned staff

  • Maintain effective customer communications, quickly resolve customer complaints to minimize customer concerns, and strengthen customer relations

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to establish project objectives and identify time sensitive installation needs

  • Track project resources and progress, documenting events impacting schedule and efficiency

  • Calculate estimates of time, labor and quantities of materials needed

  • Manage the requisition of supplies and materials required for project completion and participate in project cost review

  • Monitor workflow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations

  • Coordinate project billing and collaborate with the Accounting and Operations teams

  • Ensure targeted service and performance standards are achieved or exceeded

  • Support the General Manager in growing the division with a dedication to customer and employee satisfaction resulting in profitable growth

  • Communicate management directives to field staff and ensure compliance (time reporting, field documentation daily reports, etc. )

  • Coordinate and liaise with all departments on related departmental activities

  • Follow up on customer satisfaction issues and drive resolution

  • Engage company resources to resolve customer issues within contract scope and recognizes issues outside of contract scope for proper escalation

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and provide technical input to proposals and client presentations

  • All other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum one year of project management experience within the commercial security industry

  • In depth knowledge of industry applications, drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams

  • Understanding of industry-standard security communication protocols

  • Ability to work collaboratively, providing exceptional customer support.

  • Service experience in the security systems field, and expert-level proficiency with Feenics, Verkada, Avigilon, Brivo, Axis, Exacqvision, Bosch, and Vista burglar alarm systems is a plus
